Roasted Fish

Today we’ve decided to eat roasted fish. I’ve been thinking about eating fish for two days but only today we had some free time at noon, so we decided to go to a fish restaurant. Long story short, my husband got an emergency called, had to receive a patient and the three hours that were available to us were shortened to an hour. I wasn’t going to pass the fish meal and while he was treating his patient, I went to the fish store nearby our house and bought two clean fresh Tilapia fish.
